CAN focuses on providing services and assistance to young adults who are impacted by a cancer diagnosis. As a special project fund of the Austin Community Foundation, we offer three levels of giving which are tax-deductible contributions that will stay within the Central Texas community and directly benefit CAN’s mission.
- Give Hope – Donations at this level range from $1 - $500, and will provide CAN with the manpower and resources to help connect cancer patients to vital community resources. Speaking at awareness events, disseminating cancer related information, and connecting cancer patients to local resources is the nucleus of CAN.
- Give Power – Donations at this level range from $501 - $5000, and will provide CAN the power to facilitate support groups for young adults. A vital component of cancer treatment, talking with other young adults living through cancer allows patients and caregivers the opportunity to help, support, and listen.
- Give Life – Donations at this level range from $5,001 and do not have a ceiling. Donors who choose to give at this level are committed to assisting young adults start families upon treatment completion. At this level, you will be able to directly impact the lives of young adults in Central Texas by giving the ultimate gift – the possibility of starting or continuing a family.
